The condition occurs when the level of sugar (or glucose) in your blood dips too low to accommodate the demands of your body. Hypoglycemia takes place when your body quickly uses up all the sugar in your system; glucose is slowly released into the bloodstream; and when too much insulin (a hormone produced by the pancreas that reduces blood sugar) is released into the bloodstream. Merawat jangkitan kulat pada lidah




Petua ini diperolehi daripada seorang doktor melalui pengalaman ayahnya mengamalkan petua merawat jangkitan kulat pada lidah.

Keadaannya berlaku apabila anda bangun dari tidur dan terasa seolah2 lidah anda menjadi keras dan apabila diamati anda akan mendapati terdapat kesan putih (seperti garam halus) dan kekadang hitam pada bahagian lidah. Ianya menyebabkan anda tidak selesa semasa tidur dan apabila lidah anda bersentuh dengan lelangit, anda akan merasakan seolah2 anda menyentuh kertas pasir...itulah serba sedikit gambarannya...


Jadi utk menanganinya, doktor ini mencadangkan agar kita menggunakan minyak bunga matahari (minyak masak daripada bunga matahari). Ambil satu sudu besar minyak tersebut dan masukkan ke dalam mulut (biarkan minyak tersebut melalui semua bahagian dalam mulut anda tanpa anda perlu berkumur) dan biarkan selama beberapa minit (5 minit cukup). Amalkan pada setiap pagi selepas anda bangun tidur. Insya-Allah, masalah anda akan dapat diatasi...
